This requires installing Ruby, Ruby Gems and Twitter gem.
Here is the complete ruby program that can be run once a week( or daily if you prefer ). This automatically follows all your followers. Also, if there are any profiles that you are following and they have stopped following you, it automatically removes it from you followers list. Thus, you follow only those who follows you and stops following who does not follow you. Simple!
This program, provides option to specify users that you want follow even if they don't follow back. Also, you can specify black list of users that you want to never follow even if they follow you!
